Our most popular type of chain link fence is the 4' high, #9 gauge, galvanized 2" mesh chain link fence, and the #9 gauge (finish) vinyl coated chain link fence. Both provide strength and durability at an affordable cost. The #9 gauge galvanized is the stronger of the two. Heavier gauges of both these types are available wherever extra strength is needed. Green vinyl is the most popular color; black, brown, and white are also available. The available heights are: 3'- 42"-4'-5'-6'. Gates come in many widths, from a 3', 4', or 5' wide single gate, to a 10', 12' or larger double gate for driveways. See our Pool fence page for information on pool requirements. Posts and Framework: |
|
We use an American made steel pipe for posts and toprail. Allied SS-15 pipe is used for residential applications. It is galvanized and has multiple layers of coatings for a long life. The wall thickness of the SS-15 is .072" to .078" depending on pipe diameter. Heavier gauges of pipe are also available. Allied SS-20 is considered a commercial grade of pipe, while Allied SS-40 is considered an industrial grade and meets many Municipal, State and Federal requirements. Pipe framework is also available in coated colors that match the fence fabric color. (Green, black, brown) In these installations, we use all vinyl coated fittings and hardware to match.
